Feeling Blah...

Today we enter our second trimester! I am now officially 13 weeks pregnant, and thrilled. It was a pretty rough day, sickness wise, I've had the worst heartburn all day (typing as i pop a Tums in my mouth).
Let me just say that the weirdest thing I've noticed since being preggers is the feeling of gas. I know, it's gross and I hate even talking about it but I can't help it because it's SOOO prevalent! Last night, as we got in bed and were saying good night David leaned over to kiss me and before his lips hit mine the most huge burp came out of me! EWW!!! I was so embarrassed. David just looked at me and said good night. I asked him about my kiss and he said, not after that. So, instead he kissed my hand and rubbed my belly, haha.
I'm guessing I only have about another week or so before I have to actually suck it up and buy maternity pants, I'm thinking Old Navy online, but we'll see if I actually bite the bullet and do it or if I continue to live in denial, having to unbutton my pants ever time I sit down.
So, since we are feeling confident that baby is a boy, I just started thinking of ideas for the nursery, which will have a strong orange color scheme. I'm thinking I don't want to pick an actual theme, such as baseball or jungle, and just do a more geometric/graphic/modern baby room. I did a really quick search on an idea I had for the nursery and I found exactly what I was looking for, I fell in love with it and David really likes it also.

I was originally thinking that we would get a dark wood crib, but now i'm debating because the white looks so nice. So, the plan is to paint the room a shade of chocolate and add the tree wall vinyls on the wall with the crib. I'm going to find orange and white geometric print fabric and ship it to David's mom Shirley in Florida because she really wants to make all the bedding, which I'm really excited about. As the rocking chair, we have a really great modern rocking chair that we bought years ago from the Daly's, the only problem with it is that it's yellow (which I love), but it doesn't match the room, so I'm thinking of reupholstering the chair in a print (will probably need Jen Daly's help).
Ok, I'm rambling and I have to really focus on what's important at this very moment... The Real Housewives of New York is on!
