22 Weeks

22 weeks has been the BEST! Although, I feel like a hippo and I'm not able to wrap my head around how I can possibly get any bigger, I'll take it all for the first feeling of Trenton kicking me in the side! On Tuesday, August 3, I got into work, ate my breakfast at my desk, and then put on my Ritmo Belly Speakers on for Trenton. Within minutes of listening to his baby Mozart album I felt a VERY strong kick, high and in the center of my belly. I was so shocked and startled that I actually let out a scream and one of my coworkers came to see what happened.

Trenton is now a kickin'! He's usually the most active when music is playing. I'm in love with feeling him kick and I'm constantly putting my hands on my belly to see if I can feel anything.

Besides the exciting news about Trenton kicking, he also went to his first concert! David and I went to see one of my absolute favorite childhood bands... the B52's! We've seen them twice before but this time was special because during the concert David was able to feel Trenton kick for the first time, i'm convinced he was dancing to Love Shack.

What's better than a pregnant woman at the fair?... NOTHING! (It's junk food heaven) Me and my giant Texas Donut...MMM!
