This past week has been SUPER busy, which is why I am so behind on my weekly post. Although it was a busy week, it was well worth it. We've been really blessed to have so much family come to visit us this past week. On Friday, August 20th my cousin Francisco and his family came to stay with us for the weekend. We had a great time with them and did lots of fun stuff like going to the OC swap meet, Huntington Beach and Laguna Beach. After my cousin left, David's parents came for a visit. It was lovely seeing them and they were very excited to see how big I was getting. During their visit we went for sushi (oh how i miss you real sushi! i had to settle for California & Veggie Rolls), ate at the BYC twice, went to Sprinkles Cupcakes, went to my doctors appointment where they got to hear Trenton's heartbeat and meet Dr. Han, and we had an ultrasound done where we got to watch Trenton on a big screen, as he did full turns in my belly, grabbed his feet, yawned and watched at us. Before we said good-bye to mom and dad we all went down to San Diego and met up with Bill and Sarah for a Padres game. It was a great time!
On Saturday, August 28 my work hosted a night out in Hollywood. David and I traveled with the rest of my coworkers by party bus from OC to LA for dinner at The Grill at Hollywood & Highland. We had a wonderful dinner of chop salad, steak with mashed potatoes and warm fruit cobbler. After dinner the bus took us to the Hollywood Bowl, where we enjoyed a concert from John Williams, the composer of movie scores such as Jaws, ET, Indiana Jones and Star Wars.
Yes, my belly button is completely flush with my belly and is about to pop at an moment (which is why i'm afraid to laugh to hard or sneeze).
During the theme songs for Star Wars the light sabers came out in full Force.
