Home to Meet the Family...
On Friday, Dec. 17 we left the hospital and brought Trenton home to meet his family! We've had lots of family and friends come to meet Trenton and we've felt an overwhelming amount of love and support from everyone, and we could not be more thankful or blessed to have such amazing people in our lives.
