First of all, I have to say Thank You to everyone for all of the birthday wishes and for making my birthday today, so very special. David's been filling the past week with all kinds of fun birthday outings, most of which involve food! Saturday he took me to Sage for lunch (which is one of my favorite restaurants). The food was amazing as usually, the highlights were the bacon wrapped dates and the pumpkin cheesecake. Saturday night we went to the OctoberFest put on by the city of Las Flores. We had so much fun, and we ended up meeting neighbors of ours who live in the same community as us and have the exact same house as us, and we talked to them all night. Sunday, David and my dad worked all day on painting the nursery. They worked REALLY hard and did an absolute fabulous job, I could not be more pleased with how it turned out. Now we can focus on getting the furniture and organizing the room. Today, was my 29th birthday and a great day is was. My wonderful husband surprised me, by stopping by my work today and personally delivering me my birthday card, it was such a nice surprise that of course I cried. My work celebrated by taking me out to lunch to El Torito. And as if that wasn't enough food for the day, David took me to our favorite Italian restaurant in Dana Point called Luciana's. It has been a wonderful week filled with love and I can't wait to celebrate my 30th birthday with my baby boy!
