Leach onto Life: 29 Weeks

As I'm tying to type this blog post I'm being destracted by the squirmy little movement Trenton is making in my belly. I seriously can't believe how quickly this pregnancy seems to be going by... It blows me away to think that I'm only 11 weeks away from my due and that it that short amount of time we will get to meet the little guy we've been sooo anxious to meet. It's funny because every night as David and I lay in bed we always find ourselves talking about what we think Trenton will be like and who's he's going to be. I think he will have my thick hair and David's cute freckles. David thinks he's going to have black hair (which is what i had when i was born, typical mexican baby, haha). We both think he will be very musical because of how much he listens to his belly speakers. I tease David that maybe he's come out with a bowl haircut, becasue David had a bowl haircut as a kid and the pictures always make me laugh. After David goes to sleep I usually stay up for a bit thinking more about Trenton and how all I really want for Trenton is to have a happy and healthy childhood and I hope that he grows up to be a great a man as his dad... someone with a kind heart, loving spirit, a hard worker, unconditionally devoted to his family and always willing to help others.

Anyways, this past week has been a busy one filled with doctors appointments, dentist appointments and birthday parties. Last week we had our regular monthly doctors appointment with Dr. Han and all is good! Trenton's heart beat is strong and I'm cleared of any signs of gestational diabetes. Last Saturday (Sept. 18) David and I went over to the Hoff house to celebrate my adorable neices Brielyn's 3rd birthday! The party theme was Strawberry Shortcake and it true Lynnae style it was completely over the top and fabulous. Lynnae really out did herself, the party had a Strawberry Shortcake bounce house, full candy bar, strawberry lemonade, delish cake with fresh strawberries in it and Brielyn was dress in her Starwberry Shortcake costume. It could not have been a cuter party and David and I had a ton of fun.
